It can also automatically increase or decrease the speed of the machine according to the load change of the diesel engine. In short, the electronic governor is the electronic control system of the thyristor voltage regulating circuit. It can control the output voltage by changing the thyristor conduction angle. All speed sensing elements or actuators adopt electronic governors, which are collectively referred to as electronic governors in traditional terms, and are widely used in production lines of machinery, printing, packaging, medical and other industries as governors.
Working principle of electronic governor
The equipment can use the potentiometer to adjust and set the required speed, and then the sensor can measure the actual speed value of the engine through the ring gear on the flywheel and transmit it to the controller. At the same time, the controller will compare two sets of data. The difference after comparison will be sorted and amplified by the control circuit, and finally the gear rod of the fuel injection pump will be pulled by adjusting the output shaft of the actuator driven by the connecting rod, so as to adjust the fuel supply to maintain the set speed.
